Meet Betsy
Betsy just moved to Stuart, Florida, from the heart of New York City, where her passion for healthcare derives from her true dedication to helping both people and animals. Betsy works as a Care Coordinator, where she enjoys working as a team in both helping care for animals, supporting pet owners, and staff every day. Her true passion for animals derives from her family filled with love and care for them. Her grandmother, who had immense love for animals, taught Betsy, from a very young age, to care for them every day in her home filled with many kittens, puppies, birds, fish, turtles, chickens, and rabbits and to provide the best care.
Betsy was a volunteer counsel for the ASPCA where she participated in animal rehabilitation and behavioral support programs including reading therapy for dogs in recovery, assisting with adoption counseling and behavioral evaluations, providing Spanish translation services for adoption counseling, and supporting animals transitioning from medical rehabilitation to adoption.
Outside of work, Betsy is a dedicated mother to her beautiful daughter whom she spends quality time with and her two dogs, Kyra and Zaya.
